Change Page Navigation Bar Text

On my page navigation bar, where it displays all of the different names of the pages I have on my site, the default is “Home.” I would like to change this to “About,” however. Is there an easy way to do this? I went muddling through the header and index, but I didn’t see an easy way to do this. Maybe I missed it. If someone could assist, I would very much appreciate the help!
