Change “Out of stock” message to something else

Really enjoy your plugin and looking forward to using it frequently in the future!
One thing: is there a way to change the “Out of stock” message to something else? I know there’s nothing like that in the ui, and changes I make to the code will get overridden after the next update. Is there a workaround I could use to change that message?

If you want to edit the default English string, check the following documentation edit-simple-membership-default-english-strings. Even though this documentation was written for a different plugin, the process is still the same for all plugins/ themes.
