    As an admin, when user creates a request for refund and its approved, and i have sent the refund, the status still shows as refund approved but it should show as refunded

    This can be possible you have approve the refund request and its status changes into refund approved and you have also refund the particular refund amount but their extra item i.e may be shipping charges or any other product item that are not refunded for now due to which whole is not refunded yet and once whole order is refunded then only its order status will changes into refunded status otherwise it is not.

    Changing the order status from ‘Refund Approved’ to ‘Refunded’ is an important process in Webkul’s WooCommerce RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) system that helps in managing customer refund requests.

    How to change status:

    • Change Status: The request options will show ‘Mark as Refunded’ or a similar option. Click on it to update the status to ‘Refunded’.
    • Confirm refund process: After processing the refund amount, confirm the refund details and send refund processing information to the customer.
