Change Order Status – Delete Quiz/Course Progress

I am receiving this message…
When change Status to “Pending”, “Cancelled” or “Failed” will delete all course, lesson, quiz… progress!
We had orders that were in a pending status state and we changed them to complete…when we did that, did it delete all previous course progress? Why would it do that!The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
