change order status by vendor & can’t see order notification

    Let me know could I change the order status by vendor’s panel(not in the administrative’s panel)?
    I want to change the order status by vendor in their dashboard.And then, I can’t see the order notification in vendor’s dashboard when new orders are coming.Let me know how to fix it.

  • Hi @hlainn, thanks for reaching WCMp Support!!

    Currently, one order can have products from different vendors. Hence, if a vendor changes the order status, the same should be applied for other vendors. Hence, only admin can manage the order status.

    However, we are currently working on a split order flow, where each vendor will have their own order number. Hence they can then manage their order status.

    Also, the vendor can see order, only when the order status is either pending or processing. So, please check the order status under WooCommerce tab.
