Change order on multistep checkout

  • Hello there,

    I don’t need the Billing Page on my Checkout process (multistep). I’ve already removed all fields but when a costumer click on checkout the next page is the billing.
    How can i put to the costumer, when click on Checkout, the next page is the Shipping?

    As Is: Login-> Billing Page-> Shipping Page -> Payment Method -> Order Review
    To Be: Login-> Shipping Page -> Payment Method -> Order Review
