Change order of Links

  • Hey everyone…working on my site and I was wondering if there is away to change the order of how my links come up on my site…right now my blog roll comes up first and then my links…how would I go about changing it so that links is first and then blog roll?

  • i believe the links are alphabetical. you can always put a number in front of each category, as shown:
    1 – Zoology
    2 – Apple Farms

    You can 1) change the link ID in the database table (unfortunately I don’t know of a way to do this through the administrative interface); 2) put one, two, three, etc. blanks in front of your link name (instead of numbers). –mb

    i don’t know what version you guys are using, but wordpress 1.2 supports various sorts in link management. Go to Link Categories and specify the sort field.

    Yes- Use numbers – Alpha-Numeric.
