change order note to private

    Hi, I love Printful! I use a lot of your products in my store; however, I am wondering if it is possible to automatically make the order note that you use to send the tracking info private, rather than to the customer. I use a shipment tracking plugin to send out tracking info and I don’t want them to see the order note on their account page.

    Also, is there a way to get the new size chart on my older products or do I need to delete them and add them back into the store?

  • Hi, thank you for your message. Unfortunately, I won’t be able to advise you about making the order note private but this might be something WooCommerce support could help you with.

    It’s not possible to update your existing products with the new size guides. New size guides only work with product push.
