So that “Zawarto??” would be first.

Add the following CSS code snippet to your site via Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS:

.wapf-wrapper{display:flex;flex-flow:column;}
.wapf-field-group[data-group="7635"]{order:-1;}

This changes the order for that field.
