change order complete subscription email

    Look in your WooCommerce > System Status report for overrides of the email templates.

    And check if any plugins are trying to output stuff in your mail template.

    I am using the email template of the Woocommerce subscription latest version…

    in System status, there is not anything about emails…

    I have in my theme some custom emails templates, but removing this the problem is the same.

    It’s hard to say. If this is purely a problem with subscriptions plugin, use support.woothemes.com. This forum is for core only.
