change or add product in a new order

  • Hi to all, I want to know is possible change, add or remove product to a new costumers order.
    For example: I received a new order ( pay with paypal ) for a new costumers, this costumer send me an email when ask me “I don’t want product x, I can change with product y?” Ho do this request on the order?

    In order pannel I dont see anymore for do this..

    Paid orders cannot be changed, You would need to change order status back to pending, then edit, then complete. If there is a price reduction you can refund, if there is a price increase you should create a new order instead and ask them to pay.
