change open commissions to paid commissions

Hello,

after everything has been set up correctly for a customer. Unfortunately, I can’t get any further at one point.

The issue is that the open commissions can be changed to paid commissions.

We have used bank transfer and the customer then writes the credit notes for the customers with another programme and then wants to change the open commissions into paid commissions.

Can someone please help, I just can’t find where and how to do this.

At the moment we are on the 7 day test version with Pro Plan and would like to use the Pro version later.
