Change only wp-admin language

    Hello,

    how can I achieve to have wp-admin in English and only the frontend in a different language?
    I see that most (if not all) theme collect the <html class="html" lang="pl-PL"> setting from the wp-admin settings. But the site is not in English. The wp-admin must be in English.


    How can I achieve it? Possibly without external plugins or manually editing themes.
