change only the theme language not the wordpress admin

Hi,
i want to change on
ly the language of the theme and not all wordpress.
i find this topic in the forum but i dont know how to doing.
in my case the language of the wordpress french and i want my theme in arabic.
i have the ar_AR.po of my theme (i have generate with Peodit)
