2 quick suggestions that I want you to try.

1. Use private/incognito window and test the issue (There is a chance that the JS is being cached in your browser that is creating the issue)
2. Clear website cache (Server cache, any plugin cache) If you are using any JS optimize, minify plugin then please clear its cache and then test the issue

I cleared the Browser Cache and cleared the cache of “Autoptimize” plugin. I deactivated the plugin and activated it again.

Everything works now ??
