• When a user or admin changes a user’s e-mail address, the notification is sent in plain text (and therefore the HTML tags are visible). The other notifications (e.g. password forgotten) seem to work okay. I can’t find a configuration setting. Is it a bug?

  • Hi,

What version of Profile Builder and WordPress are you using? Can you tell me what content is displayed in the email address notification?

    Looking forward to your reply.

Latest versions: WP 4.7.1 and PB Pro 2.5.4

Notification change of e-mail address (in Dutch):

    <p>Geachte bewoner,</p>
    <p>Met vriendelijke groet,<br />Webmaster {{site_name}}<br />{{site_url}}</p>

I also disabled ALL other plugins, but that did not help.

Happens when I change my e-mail address in a PB form or using wp-admin.

    Hi,

Thank you for the additional details.

Since you are using the Pro version please submit a support ticket because we are not allowed to offer support for paid plugins on these free forums.

The dev team knows about this issue and it is in the to do list. This issue will be fixed in future updates.

    Best regards,
