    Hi guys
    I want to remove the username and change the number of characters in the coupon code generated by the plugin

    Hi,

    Thank you for using CusRev.

    The new coupon is generated by the hard-coded function and currently there is no option/filter to modify the coupon.
    You can create a custom coupon in WooCommerce and use the option Existing coupon instead of New coupon when setting up the Review for Discount.
