Change noindex and nofollow in wordpress login page

As the title indicates, I would like to change noindex and nofollow to index,follow on the wordpress login page.

I have in privacy already allowed spiders to crawl the site – I’m not sure why on that particular page it would display noindex,nofollow but it does. It could be due to a plugin but at this time I would only like to change that in the code.

I need to know if anyone knows where it is in the wordpress files.
