Change Navigation Menu Text Color

Hi!

My website is:

As you can see the top navigation menu text color is a different shade of blue, and doesn’t match the rest of the website.

I was wondering if anyone had knew some code I could add to the additional CSS section to change this text color to #FF3750?

I would greatly appreciate any help I can get!
