Change navigation background color

  • I’m trying to change the navigation background color (or to an image file). Either would be helpful.

    Thus far, when I’ve accomplished changing the background color it hasn’t been full screen, so I just end up with a weird, partial screen color block behind the top navigation.

    Please advise.
