No, Actually i having the same issue as i have tried changing the title, slug and the name of the zone altogether simultaneously but still the name i chose earlier never changes and always returns back even after updating. Why is this happening ?
Please reply . My clients are able to see the long path name on their screen which is causing a major disagreement to in our companies operations but whetever we do is not resolving this. We hired a developer from outside our company spacially to resolve this issue but he too couldn’t do it. The only reason we are not deleting this plugin is cause we do have a complex shipping setup and are presently comfortable with conditional logic applied with this plugin but with this sudden issue which has remain persistent for the past 3 months we may plan on discontinuing our paid subscription from next year onwards which will expire in only 7 days. Unless the developer himself replies on how to fix this i dont think this will work for you as far as changing the shipping title . once title name is set , you wil not be able to change it unless you delete the plugin and retype everything in. Yes you heard me right i was talking about deleting the plugin and not deactivating it is the only way the shipping title can be changed once set. I need to hear from the developer himself .
