Change name of Title page

  • I am trying to change the name of Title page (which shows up as Home page on website) however, it does not seem to enjoy same functionality to change as other Pages. I want to change Title page to Blog page and create a new static Home landing page. Video I viewed re earlier version of WP indicated simple steps but no longer = how to achieve?
