change my menu location

    Hello,

    I have a menu bar , that I want to change its location
    please check my website , https://www.carsos.ir
    the left side the logo you will see the name of my menus(in persian)
    i want it to be moved to blue toolbar in downer of it?
    I hope I can make your understand it clearly!
