Change Mobile Header Loading Script

Hi everyone,

So first of all, I love the theme. There is one thing I want to change though. On mobile, the image header is automatically loaded, and then the video header is loaded at a size way too big for the screen, and then it is automatically resized to the correct size, all in a matter of ~3 seconds. I’d prefer for it to load faster, and/or for video to load at the correct size first. I’m willing to change the code, but I’m not super familiar with Javascript. If anyone can direct me to the code or how I can change this that would be great.
