Change menu text on hover

    Hello,
    I would like to make a menu like this site: Kenzo
    For example, when we hover on a menu item, i.e “Shop”, it automatically hide “Shop” and replace it with “Women Men Kids” with a link to each page.
    How we call this effect? I google but most of the results refer to change background color or link color on hover. Is there any plugin to make it possible?
