• My end users for whatever reason do not notice the large blue bar with VIEW CART on it to move onto the cart to pay their invoice.

    What method is best to change the color / size and ICON of the cart in the menu to make it have a 1 or flash or something to let the visitor know that after they put stuff into their cart; the next step is to go to the cart and actually buy the item.

    Many of my clients are just claiming that the system is not working as it should.

    From what I gather, you are referring to the cart icon included in the site’s main menu.

    While inspecting its code, it appears the Divi functionality is installed. Below, I am attaching a screenshot, for reference.
