Change log for 2.1.0

We do not have an official change log , sorry!

This was a minor update which removed the document.write javascript code that was used for the visible counter. This caused an issue in some cases.

Normally it gets updated, but was not updated for 2.1.0.

Sorry about that. It was a very small update to remove document.write from the javascript code which was causing an issue for some websites.
