    Hi,

Is there a way to replace the “location details/text” with something else?

For example, i’d like to change “Adelaide, South Australia, Australia” to display “Currently, in your area it is”

    Thanks in advance

You can overwrite the “Locationname” by whatever you want in the settings dialog.
    Did you try this?

Hi @tuxlog… sorry for delay in responding.

I’ve changed “Locationname” in the plugin settings, however, the text I’ve inputed isn’t displaying.

I am using a shortcode rather than widget.

The “current location” is the text being displayed “Adelaide South Australia Australia”… this is the text I’d like to replace with something else.

Do I need to edit something in one of the css server files to enable this?

    Cheers,

    Hi again,

just tested this and it seems to work on my site. Can you please check if you have enabled “Use visitor location”?
If “Use visitor location” is enabled the “locationname” is not used but the location determined by the ip of the visitor is displayed.

Ah, yes… I had visitor location enabled. It’s working now that I’ve disabled that option.

    Thanks for your help.

    Cheers,
