Change "Listing Details" Label

The Listing Details label can be changed by using a translation file. It’s one of a bunch of strings we have in the plugin and a translation file is the best way to change those without altering code in the plugin, which will be lost on update.

You can ignore the bit where you have to change the language of the whole file, you only need to alter the one string inside.

Thank you for the quick reply. However, the WPBDM.po is not in the directory (even when I download a fresh copy from the repository) and when I open WPBDM-en_US.po the field “Listing Details” is simply not there.

I’m sure I’m missing something, but not sure what.

Hmmm. That’s strange. Perhaps I misspoke.

Can you show me where the Listing Details string actually shows on your site? A screenshot would be best, but a link is good too. Use https://imageshack.us if you need to.

I am trying to change “Listing Details” to “Listing Summary” for a client. Here is one example of where it shows:

What version of BD are you running here?

Actually, looking at the listing directly, I can see what is happening here:

The HTML output indicates the “Listing Details” header is part of the field’s value. This image shows that <h3> element is inside of the field itself:

It’s not something added by BD. You should be able to remove it by just editing the listing and altering the text in that field.
