    Hi Hannah!

I have some problems that I encounter.. I create Menu Icon on my Home Page (4 icons).. Also my site is on two languages, CROATIAN (primary) and ENGLISH (using Polylang plugin for that..)

I create some static pages, that I can enter via Navigation Menu, but I also enter links to enter some sub-pages via Menu Icons (example: “www.URL/croatian-page”) and it works OK, but when I switch to ENGLISH language, where can I change that link of Menu Icon that points to “www.URL/english-page”? Both CRO and ENG page are created, and it’s OK when I enter via Main Menu, but when trying to enter via Menu Icons while using English language as primary, it links on croatian(s) page(s)!

    Sincerely,
    Ante

P.S. My site is currently “Under construction” mode, so you can access it, but if you need to access it to fix that, I will disable that mode!

  • It will certainly be helpful to see the site that you’re working on in order to get a better idea of what your problem is. Would you mind posting a link and making the site visible?

    Thanks!,
    Kevin

    Hey,
The icon menu needs to be translated in your string translation tools in polylang.

    Thank you Author!

I did use Polylang string translation to translate some things (main slider, menu icons and some other stuff), but just didn’t think of it that I can translate (edit) link for that too!

That did the trick, so now I can be sure that when people using ENG as main language, that those Menu Icons links will linked them to proper English pages!

    Once more, thanks for help!
    Sincererly,
    Ante
