Change Link On services Captions

when i right click it and clik on inspect i can see <.a href=”#”>Hac Programlar?</a.> this code i know i need to add url in this section <.a href=”MYURL”>Hac Programlar?</a.> but i dont know how actually

you can change service link for that go to your theme or child theme’s index-service.php at line 31,47,63.

Oh okey then i will also try to first comment if i couldnt make it maybe i can buy pro version thank you for helping.

@addweb-solution-pvt-ltd it worked perfectly u are awesome. btw is there any chance to learn how can i find the php file name and this lines easyly for antoher option. for example i want to change green header color. I can do it via css but if i can find php file for it i can change more easly. Thank You.
