Could you try out the following Custom CSS and see if it works for you?

.ewd-urp-review-product-name,p,.ewd-urp-author-date {
    width: 75%;
    margin: 0 auto;
    padding: 20px;
}

Where did you add the Custom CSS?

If you added it to your theme CSS, could you delete it there and instead add it to “Options”->”Basic”->”Custom CSS” ?
