change latest posts, tags and read more button

Hello.
I have several elements that I can’t change there title. My homepage is using the latest posts setting instead of static homepage so I want to change the latest posts title on the home page. I have a list of tags at the end of each post which has a tags header which I want to change. and my theme includes these read more buttons everywhere which I to want to change there title. I checked the inspect tool to find helpful things and this is what I found out:
1. the read more button has a div class of it’s own
2. the latest posts title has a div class
3. the tags list has a div class on the list itself but not on the title..
so is there a way to change this in the custom css ?
