change language submit button

Hello,

The same problem is with Turkish translate, too.
Actually in the languages folder of the plug-in, .po and .mo files named wrong with just non capital letters. So i updated them as tr_TR and it worked. But still submit button is written “Submit” on it. It should be “G?nder” as in the .po and .mo files.
Translation in the files are correct, but it doesn’t take effect.

Actually, it works well on the 1st form. It’is translated to “G?nder” as it should be. But in the 2nd form; it’s still “Submit”

Hello.

The button “Submit” is translated as “Someter” in Spanish, which makes no sense: it should be “Enviar”. Apparently this change could only be made by the Tech-Banker team.

It’s a pity because I think it’s a great plugin, but I — like, I’m sure, other Spanish speakers — cannot make use of the plugin because of that.

In order to change Language string then first you need to install PO Editor from the given link :-

https://poedit.net/download

After installing PO Editor, you need to go to Contact Bank.

When you go inside the Contact Bank, you will find Languages folder.

Inside Languages folder you will find PO files.

Then you need to open the PO file(contact_bank-es_ES.po) in PO Editor & translate the language which you are required.

After that click on Save Button.

Yes, it seemed to be working all right, but unfortunately it’s not like that anymore.

I haven’t made any changes at all but this morning I found that the translations were gone and I had to deactivate the plugin again. Any clues, please?

Your Plugin Automatic updates is Enable.

So we would suggest you to kindly go to the Contact Bank Plugin Updates Menu and click on Disable option.

After that done the same changes in the PO files again.

Then your changes would not be lost.

Hi,

I install PO editor but by editing the french file, I saw that the submit word was already translate but ont my form the button is still in english.

Thank you very much again to the Support Team of Tech Banker for replying.

Although I’ve followed the instructions (click on “disable” and do the whole process again), now the changes are not shown in the contact form. It keeps on showing the wrong Spanish translation. Everything looks fine in the folder, so I don’t understand what’s happening. I must be doing something wrong? (the first time I did it, it worked).

Thanks a lot again.

I’ve successfully updated the plugin to that version, but unfortunately the form is still showing the original Spanish translations (“someter” for “submit”, etc.). I’ve tried deactivating and activating “Contact Bank” but it made no difference. Should I delete it and install it again, please?
