  • The plugin uses the date() function and extracts the to DMY. There is a php function called setlocale() which I should be able to use. This allows you to set your country code.

    I shall have a play tomorrow. Not sure about adding a drop down or just adding a link to the ISO list of country codes.

    I’ve added the function to my test site but I’ve only got the en_EN locale installed on my server.

    All sorted. The date icon will now display the date in your server locale. If you are in India and use cheap hosting in the USA then you will se US dates. But if you host locally (as you should) then all will be OK.
