Change label text default select

Hello,

Thank you for your plugin.
I add a select option, and populate to taxonomy. That’s correct, but he add in all options a default first option like :

— select a Type d’emploi —

But when i want to change this text default, he don’t update it. I try a gravity hook placeholder.

If i deactivate your plugin and change the first default text, he change it ….
Can you have a solution ?
