change ‘jobs’ base url

Hello folks,

We use this plugin to display available positions on our careers page (siteurl/careers).
When a user clicks on a listing result to see the description of the position, they are taken to siteurl/jobs/[the listing]
Is there any way to change ‘jobs’ to appear as careers?
