Change in Updraft FTP Server?

    I have been using Updraft Plus for awhile. I upload the completed backups to my personal Synology Server via FTP. A few days ago, I started to get a security message from my server each time the Updraft FTP transfer occurs. The message states:

    [Server Name] detected that user [xxxxxxxx] has logged in with a different device or from a different place.

    In checking the server logs, it appears the location is Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

    Is anyone else using a Synology server with Updraft Plus getting this message? Does anyone know if Updraft Plus has moved their server to Canada, or is this someone trying to break into my server?

    Hi,

    Apologies for the late reply.

    This has nothing to do actually with our servers as the connection is only between your website and your remote storage. Can you please check your server location?
