change in staging site changed my active site

    I had just installed WP Staging and activated it. I was in the staging dashboard with the orange bar across the top. I selected “themes” and it showed the themes, including my current active one, and said there was a new version. I clicked update to see how it would change the theme in the staging site, and it changed my active site. What could cause this?

    This shouldn’t happen at all, as both the staging and live sites are totally separated, if you are sure you were on the staging site then the theme should be changed on the staging site only, not the live one.

    Thanks for the reply. The support ticket form states that a license key is required for tech support. I put in the ticket anyway; will it get worked without the license key?
