    Hello!

All the changes I am making on settings menu, like changing the commission percentage, are not being saved, even though I click the save button at the bottom.

Whenever I navigate through the menu and go back to the settings area, the commission remains the same as before, as any other changes that I tried to do.

    Can somebody help me, please?
    Thank you!

    Hey @hugofmedeiros,

Thank you for reaching out! From the looks of it, the issue may be a conflict with another plugin that you have active.

My first recommendation is for you to deactivate each one of your active plugins, one by one, and check to see if the settings get saved. If they do after you deactivate one of the plugins, then the conflict is with that plugin. If this happens, please let me know which plugin this is so that I can test it out.

However, if you’ve deactivated all other plugins and the issue still remains, the problem may be with a caching system, most likely the one offered by your hosting provider. In this case, I recommend checking your caching options to make sure you’re not caching WordPress’ options system.

If you’re still having issues even with the caching system disabled, please contact us directly (here: https://slicewp.com/contact/) so that we can do an in depth debugging procedure.

    Thank you and best wishes,
    Mihai

Many thanks for the reply. Can I describe it a little better?

First of all, it’s important to point out that I use the Multisite Plugin.

As soon as I activated the SliceWP Plugin, it appeared installed on my two websites https://www.contosinfantis.com.br and https://www.contosinfantis.com.br/loja

    So far no problem.

The website that I will use slicewp is https://www.contosinfantis.com.br/loja

    Here goes the problem:

As I said, all the changes I am making on settings menu, like changing the commission percentage, are not being saved, even though I click the save button at the bottom.

Reading on the forum, I discovered a user who had the same problem as mine and solved it after filling in the fields on:

    Settings> E-mails notifications

I tried it and it didn′t work on https://www.contosinfantis.com.br/loja. But this worked on my main site https://www.contosinfantis.com.br

I noticed that on my main site some information was already filled in the general setting, like the email.

But on my second site “/loja’ this information is not filled in, and whenever I try to fill it in with something and click on save button, when I return, it goes back to being empty, showing that the system is not saving.

I’m thinking that it may be a problem related to the beginning of the installation, as I believe that the Slicewp plugin system already installs something important automatically on my main site.

Some link that the secondary site does not have, like e-mail login. And I can′t fill after the instalation, because the system don′t save it.

I’ve already tried clearing the cache, but it doesn’t work.

I tried uninstalling and installing again. But by doing this, wordpress skips that initial configuration step, because the plugin information still saved, even with the cache clean.

How do I erase completely to get into that initial install mode again?

And is there any solution for the Multisite Plugin?

Any help will be most welcome.
    Thanks.`
