    Hello!
I’m starting up a webpage with some friends and we’re currently designing how reviews should look like. We’ve published a test and noticed that the wrong image is show in the excerpt.
We want the cover for the game to show not the “grade image”.

You can check it out yourselves at https://www.hysteric.se/blog it’s the first post. We want the Uncharted 2 cover to show, not the controller. I’ve tried to insert the images in different order but it seems that the controller image has a “higher priority”.

    Any solutions?

  • Try creating a custom excerpt – including the correct image, in the Option Excerpt box on the Edit Post page.

are you using a plugin to get the image into the excerpt, or custom fields – automatic or by hand?
i think i read somewhere that some automatic thumbnail generating code grabs the image that was first uploaded, not the one that appears first in the post ..(?)

We inserterd images from the gallery tab, don’t know why. Thought I tried everything, but it’s working now when we’re not.
