    Hi, I am trying to customize the appearance, i want to change the colour from grey to white, i thought using a CSS but I am not entirely sure, this is in the lite version.

    The best way to adjust the appearance of the chat is via custom CSS styles. All Wise Chat classes starts with “wc” prefix.
