Change Icon

Hello,

I recently set up the a complete new homepage (.de – see link below) with wordpress and the theme sydney. Under customizing -> Site title/tagline/logo I changed the two photos. I can see one in the header and the other one is the icon in the tab of the web browser. But one thing is still missing:
If I send the link of the homepage as a message via instagram or via facebook messenger, it usually should show an image, but doesn’t. I somehow managed it to do it with another homepage (.com – see link below), which shows an icon (even though it is distorted). But have no idea how I did that. Any clue?
