Change "Howdy?" in Hello, Dolly plugin

Is it possible to change the word “Howdy” that appears at the top of the dashboard in the Hello, Dolly plugin?

I have a client who wants it to say, “Hello, gorgeous.” (Can’t make this stuff up.
