    Hi LauraHartwigDesign,

Price ranges will only show on variable products. But the ranges will show separately from retail prices, so its never mixed like in your example.

    It should show something like:

    Product Name
    <strike>$100 – $500</strike>
    Wholesale Price: $50 – $200

Where $100 to $500 is the range for regular prices and $50 to $200 is the range for wholesale prices as defined in the wholesale price boxes across your variations.

If you have range of $60 to $120 on your wholesale price, then it means at least one of the variations on the product has a wholesale price of $120. Just double check all your variations and make sure the price is set how you want.

Hope this helps clear it up ??

    Cheers,
    Josh

    Hi Josh,
Thanks for getting back to me so quickly, but what I mentioned before is what is happening. I do have variable products, but it is listing the wholesale price to the retail price, as you can see in the screenshot below:
    https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/1370517/4c475c8821d419b342422fc27b82ebee
You will see $119 is my retail price and $60 is my wholesale price, but the wholesale price is showing $60-$119 instead of just $60. One note as I was testing this, it seems like this happens when you first save an item with multiple variations. Most of my products have about 22 variations. I saved one with just 2 variations to test and it is showing correctly, but if I first save it when I have just 2 variations, it shows correctly. The problem is that I’m duplicating my products to save time since there are so many variations. I have tried removing the variations so there are only 2, but if it was first saved with 22, it doesn’t matter if I remove all the variations, it is still showing both prices. Is there a way to fix this without redoing all my products? Sorry to not give a link, but the site is still under construction.
    Thanks for your help!

    Hey LauraHartwigDesign,

Ok I think I know what might be going on.

Can you manually check all of those 22 variations and see if there is any that DON’T have a wholesale price defined?

If there is, then it will still let the wholesale customer purchase that variation, they just have to pay the regular price.

That would be why the wholesale variation price range is showing the max as the retail price.

If you want it to hide products or variations that don’t have wholesale prices, you’ll need Prices Premium and there is an option called “Only Show Wholesale Products To Wholesale Users” which does this.

Let me know how you go ??

    Cheers,
    Josh

    Hey Josh,
Thanks for getting back to me. That’s the first thing I checked, so the test item you are seeing in the screenshot, that actually has only 2 variations so I could make extra sure that I had filled out both the price and the wholesale price correctly. It has to be something else. I appreciate your time to look into this. Thanks!

    Hey Laura,

Would be great if I could grab a login to take a look? Feel free to email [email protected] and mention that you were talking to me on www.remarpro.com support forums.

I tested replicating the setup with three variations on a new variable product and set all the regular prices to $100 while setting the range of prices for wholesale from $25 to $80 and it is displaying OK.

If you can’t provide a login then maybe you could maybe export the product? Or even take screenshots of all the config for it?

Can I also check which version of the plugin you are on? We did have some changes surrounding this recently post-WooCommerce 2.6.0 to fix up some display issues.

    Hey Josh,
You were absolutely right. As I was testing it one more time before I sent you the email, I found on one variation I had put the wholesale price on the wrong line. So sorry to waste your time and thanks so much for the great support! I’ll be sure to spread the word on what a great plugin you have. Thanks again!
