Change Homepage Product Categories

There’s no easy way to do it via a setting in the WordPress admin area. Categories are ordered by name and the powering that can be seen at: https://github.com/woocommerce/storefront/blob/0a29f86400412e2cb821c0f1299452c1ff3c8269/inc/storefront-template-functions.php#L560-L573

Essentially, you’ll need to use a filter (in PHP) to change the orderby parameter. If you’re having difficulty with the code involved, I recommend getting in touch with a web developer to make those changes for you. Alternatively, if you want, have a look at https://woocommerce.com/customizations/ for more help in this regard.
