Change homepage layout

  • Is it possible to change layout of homepage content? out of the box it is a 2 column layout with 48.9362% width of a single column.

    I would like to have the content via whole container, let say 98% and the featured image should be fitted inside the content.

    I have similar problems with homepage layout. Yeah, I also want the picture to fit among the text. Makes no sense the photo takes the entire right half of the page. Can’t you redo the layout, move the photo around anywhere you want?

    I also want the text to populate the entire page, not just left half.

    How would we do this?
