Change "Home" to "Blog"

I am very new. I have read the posts about this and can find nothing even close to the code I’m supposed to be able to change in the editor for the theme. I am using the “Twenty Ten” theme with WordPress version 3. Help? I’ve spent waaaaay too long looking for this. I know very little about code…except that “Code is Poetry”…allegedly.
