Change home page

  • Hey Anders,

    I know I’m missing something obvious here: I see that there is a front page template that I can modify to suit my needs, but what should I do if I wanted to set as home page a static page?

    Just followed these steps:

    1. Open your site’s dashboard.
    2. Go to the Settings → Reading section on the left.
    3. In the Your homepage displays dropdown, select one of your published pages

    Unfortunately your (beautifully designed) front page won’t be sobstituted by my static dummy page.

  • I have a similar problem. I can’t get my own start page, neither a blog or static page. It only shows the themes default front page.

    In the appearance editor it looks alright but not the live site.

    This also happens on you other theme Bj?rk. I’ve tried to reinstall wordpress and themes, delete database, change php version 8.3 to 8.2 but nothing works.
