Appearance > Editor > Styles > Typography > Headings is where I’m trying to edit the sizes of H1, H2, etc. within a page/post. I’m noticed this doesn’t affect the Heading tags inside pages/posts, only page/posts Titles at the top. I created a test page and within it 6 Headings (H1 – H6). When I go to Typography > Headings and make changes, those changes do not affect the Headings I created on my test page. Has anyone else run into this?

    Hey @cway

That definitely sounds a little odd. Are you able to share a link to the page where you see those settings not taking affect?

It would also be handy if you can share a screenshot of the Heading settings in the Site Editor.

Take this page, for example. There are H1, H2, H3, and H4, but they all appear to be the same size.

    Under Appearance > Editor > Styles > Typography > Headings, H1 is supposed to be 2.25 rem, H2 1.75 rem, H3 1.125 rem, H4 1rem

When I view the page source, they’re all 36px. I must not be making my changes in the right place. I just don’t know where to make them.

Hi @cway I found that in my testing – if I had set a Heading size under Site Editor > Styles > Blocks > Headings it will overide any size set for the specific heading types (H1, H2 etc).

Could you please see if you can remove the size from there – and if it resolves the issue?

That worked. Thank you, jordesign. I appreciate your assistance.

@cway Fantastic News! I’ll mark this as resolved for now – but please always feel free to open a new thread if you have other questions.
